RACHEL GODIN
Children's Ministry Director
Rachel Godin has been our Children’s Ministry Director at First Pres for almost 12 years! She is passionate about Jesus, children, and music! Her role allows her to intertwine biblical truths with fun, games, music and connection. She oversees all areas related to infants through 5th grade, and works to develop a ministry where children truly radically experience worship!
She has a 14 year old daughter, Charlotte and an amazing husband of 18 years, Walker. You can find her on any given Sunday in a crazy costume or hat, surrounded by lots of smiling kids! Fun fact: Rachel is a 4th generation Tampanian with all generations attending Plant High School!
CHARLI MASON
Children's Ministry Assitant
Charli Mason, our Children’s Ministry Assistant and Little CREW Coordinator, has been on staff with First Pres for 14 years! She was born and raised in Tampa and has expertise in early childhood education and special needs children. Charli wants all kids here to have fun, feel safe, and know that they are loved by Jesus!
She is married to Nick and they have 4 children, CJ, Carlee, Cayden, and Nicholas. Charli enjoys spending time with her family and close friends, crafting and going to the beach. Fun fact: Charli loves Converse shoes!
